Why per-hour, not per-minute?
Hourly aligns with how editors actually price work. A 7-minute file is not a sixth of an hour of editor time — fixed setup costs eat the difference. Hourly is honest for both sides.
Are credit packs the same as the hourly rates?
Credit packs ($5 / $10 / $25) cover the auto-draft engine, which is fine for internal notes. Human-edited transcripts are quoted by audio hour using the table above.
Do prices include taxes?
Quoted prices are net. US sales tax applies where required and is added at checkout based on billing state.
Discount for repeat clients?
Yes — 10% on the second order, 15% from the third onward, applied automatically via your account email.
How do I get a fixed quote?
