What we do

We turn audio and video into accurate written transcripts — for courts, researchers, media producers, academics, and anyone else who needs a recording on paper. Pricing is per audio hour, with an auto draft tier free up to 10 minutes.

We focus on US clients with English-language and bilingual EN-RU work. Court-admissible certification, IRB-compliant anonymization, NVivo-ready research formats, Netflix-style subtitles — all standard tooling.

How we’re different

Most transcription services either (a) charge subscription fees you don’t recoup, or (b) deliver auto-only transcripts that need cleanup. We do neither. Pay only for the audio time we transcribe, and a human always finalizes the work.

Encrypted by default Files in private storage with signed URLs. Auto-deleted 30 days after delivery, or sooner on request.
Specialty matching Court reporters, academic editors, bilingual specialists, captions editors. We pick the right person.
Binding quotes If a recording is harder than expected, we eat the difference. The quote you accept is the price you pay.

Human review Two-pass — subject specialist plus senior editor — for every transcript above auto-draft.
Stripe checkout Card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, ACH. No account creation required for one-off orders.
Private S3-compatible storage Cloudflare R2 with signed URLs. No public file URLs, ever. Auto-deletion 30 days after delivery.
BullMQ workers Job queue with retry, idempotency, and progress reporting. Files never get lost.
Payload CMS Article, service, and price content managed in one place. No marketing-engineering bottleneck.

Where we are

Async-first remote team. Files travel over HTTPS to private storage. Communication is over email, Telegram, and the upload form. We don’t do phone or video meetings — that’s how we keep prices low and turnaround fast.
